Kathy and Ron Lenz, our neighbors, invited me to go to the Denver Botanical Garden. I was psyched to get out of the house. Off we went. It was my first time there. Quite nice. :) Lots of beautiful things blooming. Lovely fragrances. Cool plants.
I took my binoculars hoping to see lots of birds. There were hardly ANY birds there! I heard some House Finch, saw a few House Sparrows, one Chickadee and one Spotted Towhee. I would have thought the place was crawling with birds. Wrong!
There isn't really much narrative to go with this activity. The photos speak for themselves. Glad I got out and enjoyed this - thanks Ron & Kathy! Enjoy.
