While a lot has gone on outside, much work has been happening inside. Thought I'd offer some photos of the neat mayhem. Dirty mayhem starts this week.
The first photo is our living room - well, at least what a lot of our furniture looks like wrapped in plastic. Not a usable space now and won't be for a while.
Here is the other living room wall. Much of this wall is coming down in a few days. Sheetrock dust, here we come!
Most of our stuff is down in the den. We've gotten rid of a few big pieces of furniture (futon and chair) to make room. Plus, when all the dust settles, we'll get this room whipped back into shape with a more size-appropriate couch and chair.
Kitchen is wrecked. Pretty much everything is packed and in the den. This room will be totally gutted soon.
What's left of the dining room area. New skylights and a wall being removed will ensure this part of the house is a disaster area for a while. Enjoy it now!
Hopefully in a few days I'll have some demo photos followed by things coming back together. Can't wait to see what it looks like when it's 100% done!
